Services
Commercial Roofing
We specialize in commercial flat roof installation and repair for high-rise buildings, mixed-use developments, and large apartment complexes. Our team partners with top general contractors to deliver durable roofing systems that meet Washington State codes. With expertise in single-ply membranes and torch-down systems, we ensure long-lasting protection for commercial properties across the Puget Sound region.
Waterproofing Systems
Our comprehensive waterproofing solutions protect buildings from foundation to rooftop using advanced materials like TPO, PVC, and EPDM membranes. We install both above and below-grade systems, including spray coatings and foam insulation, to prevent water intrusion in residential and commercial structures. These systems extend building lifespan while maintaining structural integrity in Washington's wet climate.
Roof Repair
We provide emergency and scheduled roof repairs for commercial and residential properties, addressing leaks, storm damage, and wear from Washington's weather. Our maintenance programs include regular inspections and proactive repairs to prevent costly damage. Emergency services are available 24/7 for urgent roof failures requiring immediate attention.
