Each cabin is equipped with two beds in each bedroom and is situated right on the lake, offering breathtaking views and easy access to the water. We also have RV pads with full hook-ups available year-round, complete with access to fishing docks, a pool with a cabana, and a fully equipped kitchen.

In addition to our cabin and RV rentals, we also offer a "50+ seniors only" mobile home park with monthly lot rentals starting at just $400. This includes sewer, water, garbage, and lawn mowing, making it an ideal option for seniors looking for a peaceful and well-maintained community. We occasionally have mobile homes for sale, and our pet-friendly policy allows for two pets under 25 lbs per household.

Boat Rentals and Docks

If you're looking to explore Lake Taneycomo, we offer a variety of boat rentals to suit your needs. From pontoon boats to kayaks and canoes, we have the perfect vessel for fishing, cruising, or just enjoying the scenery. Our boat rentals are available year-round, and we also offer boat slip rentals for those who bring their own boat. For fishing enthusiasts, we have a charter fishing guide service that caters to adults, kids, groups, and families, offering bass fishing and trout guided fishing trips.

Lake Taneycomo is renowned for its Brown and Rainbow Trout, and you can catch your limit off any of our docks. In addition to trout, Blue Gills, Crappie, and Large Mouth Bass are also active around our docks. We're just a mile away from some of the best Walleye, bass, and pan fishing of Bull Shoals Lake, making us an angler's paradise. If you're looking for alternative recreational activities, we're just 1/4 mile from Empire Park, which offers beautiful biking and walking trails, additional trout fishing docks, and stunning bank fishing opportunities.
