Services
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu teaches leverage-based techniques for ground control and submissions. Our program develops physical coordination, mental strategy, and self-defense capabilities through structured lessons. Students train in both gi and no-gi formats while progressing through IBJJF-certified belt ranks.
Muay Thai Kickboxing
Muay Thai combines punches, kicks, knees, and elbow strikes with Dutch Kickboxing's aggressive combinations. This high-intensity workout improves cardiovascular fitness while teaching practical striking techniques. Classes emphasize proper form, partner drills, and controlled sparring for all experience levels.
Kids Martial Arts
Our children's martial arts classes build discipline, focus, and confidence through age-appropriate techniques. The curriculum balances fun activities with fundamental skill development, teaching respect and perseverance while improving physical coordination and self-defense awareness.
Private Training
Personalized martial arts instruction tailors training to individual goals and skill levels. Private sessions allow focused attention on specific techniques, competition preparation, or accelerated learning paths. Available for both children and adults seeking customized instruction.
Submission Wrestling
Submission Wrestling focuses on ground techniques without traditional gi uniforms. This program combines elements from Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, wrestling, and sambo to develop effective grappling skills. Training emphasizes positional control, transitions, and submission techniques in a competitive yet collaborative environment.
