At Maison la Belle Vie, we are passionate about creating an exceptional wine experience that transports you to a world of elegance and sophistication. Our story began when Nicholas and Holly fell in love with the beautiful property in Palisade, Colorado, where they shared their first experience of wine and hospitality. The rest, as they say, is history. In 2021, they took the leap and acquired the property, fulfilling their dream of creating a haven for wine enthusiasts.
Our Mission
At Maison la Belle Vie, we are committed to producing high-quality wines that delight the senses. We strive to preserve the art of winemaking, ensuring that every bottle is a reflection of our passion for craftsmanship and dedication to quality. Our vineyard, planted in 2004, is nourished by the region's unique terroir, yielding a diverse range of grape varieties that are carefully selected and blended to create unique and complex flavors.
Our Winemaking Philosophy
At Maison la Belle Vie, we believe that the art of winemaking is an ongoing journey, where tradition meets innovation. Our winemakers work tirelessly to craft wines that showcase the unique characteristics of our region. From our estate-grown Muscat and Marechal Foch to our Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Syrah, every wine is a testament to our commitment to quality and consistency. Our Reserve wines, including Merlot, Syrah, and Petit Verdot, are carefully handcrafted and aged to perfection. We also offer a range of white wines, including our Villard Blanc and Vin de Peche, a delightful recipe passed down through generations.
Tasting Room Experience
Our Tasting Room offers a unique and intimate experience, where you can taste some of our finest wines in a rustic, elegant setting. With a beautiful patio offering stunning views, you can indulge in a wine and food experience that will leave you feeling pampered and relaxed. Our physical location is at 1555 North 12th Street, Palisade, CO 81532. We're open Sunday to Saturday from 11:00 am to 6:00 pm. Please note that we may close earlier on certain days; please check with us beforehand to confirm our hours.
