Our Reason

Our story began in 2009, when the founders, Kevin and Jennifer, were faced with the challenges of the mortgage crisis. With Kevin's extensive IT experience and Jennifer's background in team management and customer service, they decided to start a side gig to support themselves. As they grew, they realized that small businesses were often overlooked by larger IT companies, and thus, Total PC was born.

In the late 1970s, the first microprocessors were being invented, and Randy Pavin, an electrical engineer, was pioneering the field. Fast forward to today, and we've evolved into a team with over 50 years of combined IT experience.
