In 1980, Aimee O'Neill joined her father, John H. O'Neill, as a partner in his multi-faceted business activities in Harford County. As owner/operator of Springwood Farm, respected auctioneer, real estate professional, accountant, county politician, and entrepreneur, Aimee's father had built a reputation for exceptional service with a flair for storytelling and genuine compassion for his community. This dedication to community service is a heritage that extends to Senator Howard S. O'Neill, attorney, John's father, and to John's maternal grandfather, Thomas Hall Robinson, attorney general for Maryland.
