Customer Service
The customers who had a positive experience with Tulsa Granite were impressed with the service provided by the company's representatives. Installation Issues
However, not all customers were satisfied with the installation process. Terry Askins had a negative experience with the installation of granite on his house. The installer damaged the brick on his house, and when he reported the damage, the company denied responsibility. Askins was obliged to pay $1500 to fix the damage and realign his garage door.
