Our Services
Our diverse team of counselors specializes in various areas to meet your unique needs. Whether it's improving family relationships, supporting struggling children, or addressing personal challenges, we're here to help. We offer both in-person and virtual counseling through Telehealth. Our services range from child and adolescent therapy to couples and family counseling. We also offer group sessions focusing on social skills and emotional development. Adults can find support for issues like anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and anger management. Plus, we have expertise in autism spectrum disorders, bipolar disorder, LGBTQ+, and ADHD, and we also offer EMDR services.
Individual Counseling
Our adult counseling services provide support for a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, Women's issues, and anger management. Our experienced therapists offer a safe and non-judgmental space where you can explore your feelings, gain insight into your thoughts and behaviors, and develop coping strategies to navigate life's ups and downs.
Children and Adolescent Counseling
Our children and adolescent counseling services are tailored to meet the unique needs of young minds as they navigate various challenges. From behavioral issues to emotional struggles, our team specializes in providing support and guidance to help children and teens thrive. We collaborate closely with CFISD (Cypress-Fairbanks Independent School District) and serve as a trusted resource for counseling services.
Teen Counseling
Teen counseling offers a safe and supportive space for adolescents to explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences. Our counselors specialize in understanding the unique challenges that teens face, such as academic pressure, social dynamics, and identity development.
Family Counseling
Family counseling provides a supportive environment for families to address conflicts, improve communication, and strengthen relationships. Our licensed marriage and family therapy (LMFT) counselors specialize in understanding the complexities of family dynamics.
Couples Counseling
Couples counseling offers a supportive and constructive space for partners to enhance their relationship and address areas of conflict. We have counselors who are certified facilitators in the Prepare Enrich Program, which combines a comprehensive couples assessment with a semi-structured feedback process.
Play Therapy
Play therapy at our center extends beyond traditional counseling sessions. We offer fun playrooms where both children and parents can engage in therapeutic activities together, creating a supportive and playful environment for healing and growth. With Registered Play Therapists (RPT) guiding the process, children as young as 5 years old can explore their emotions, build resilience, and develop essential coping skills through interactive play.
