Choose from 25+ uniquely designed cabins accommodating various group sizes. All units feature rustic mountain decor with modern amenities. Located amidst cottonwood trees with mountain views. Each cabin provides comfortable sleeping arrangements and outdoor spaces for relaxation.
Horseback Riding
Experience guided horseback rides through scenic mountain trails twice daily. Our stable maintains 10 well-trained horses suitable for all experience levels. Tours showcase the region's natural beauty with routes along the Rio Grande River and through forested areas.
Jeep Rentals
Explore Colorado's backcountry with our fleet of 4 modern Jeeps available for rental. Vehicles provide access to remote areas like Wheeler Geologic Area and wilderness regions. Ideal for adventurous guests seeking self-guided mountain exploration during peak season.
Fishing Access
Enjoy private access to 1/4 mile of the Rio Grande River for trout fishing. Anglers can catch Rainbow, Brook, Brown, and Cutthroat species including native Rio Grande Cutthroat. No special permits required for fishing on our property.
RV Site Rentals
Our 36 RV sites accommodate various vehicle sizes with full hookups available. Sites located near riverfront and mountain vistas offer scenic parking options. Propane refill station available seasonally for guest convenience during operational months.

Are pets allowed on the property?
Pets are not permitted in specific cabins (marked NO PETS) and RV sites. Please inquire about pet-friendly accommodations when booking.
What is the deposit policy?
50% deposit required at booking for most reservations. Full month payment needed for monthly RV rentals. Deposits non-refundable after May 1st.
When is the ranch operational?
Our season runs annually from May 9 through October 30. All services and amenities are available during these peak outdoor recreation months.
What outdoor activities are offered?
We provide horseback riding, Jeep rentals, river fishing, hiking, and scenic drives to nearby wilderness areas and geologic formations.
Are there dining options onsite?
Yes, our 149 Eatery serves meals daily with catering available. We also operate an ice cream shop with 20 Blue Bell flavors during operating season.
