Friends of Baseball is a 501c3 organization driven by a passion to enhance the lives of children through the power of baseball and softball. Founded in 2005, we have served over 40,000 children in the Pacific Northwest by providing opportunities for them to develop their skills, learn valuable life lessons, and experience the joy of playing the game.

Our mission is to ensure that every child has the opportunity and tools to swing for the fences on and off the field.

What We Do

Friends of Baseball works in five key areas to empower young athletes:

• Full Count RBI Academy: Baseball-inspired after-school and summer enrichment programs.
• Scholarships: Providing access to local leagues and teams for under-resourced youth.
• Training & Mentorship: Equipping coaches with resources and training to be positive mentors.
• Equipment & Gear: Distributing equipment and gear to under-resourced players and teams.
• Field Safety & Improvements: Enhancing field safety and accessibility.

Our Impact

Since 2005, we have provided:

• $5.1 million in programming, scholarships, grants, and equipment.
• Served over 40,000 children.
• Matched over 1,200 youth with baseball-inspired after-school and summer programs.
