Appetizers

• Hummus Platter: Fresh hummus topped with olive oil and paprika, served with cucumber, roma tomatoes, feta, kalamata olives, and homemade flatbread.
• Spinach Artichoke Cheese Dip: Rich and creamy cheese dip tossed with spinach, artichoke hearts, and sundried tomatoes, served with tortilla chips and homemade flatbread.

Salads & Soups

• The House: A classic iceberg and romaine salad topped with cheddar cheese, mushrooms, red onion, and croutons.
• Caesar: Fresh cut romaine tossed in a homemade Caesar dressing, topped with parmesan and asiago cheese and croutons.
• Willamette Cobb: A fresh baby field greens salad topped with roma tomatoes, black olives, bleu cheese crumbles, bacon, avocado, and grilled chicken.

• Pork Quesadilla: Slow-roasted pulled pork tossed in house BBQ sauce and a cheddar and mozzarella cheese blend in a large flour tortilla, served with sour cream and pico de gallo.
• Steak Bruschetta: Thinly sliced grilled steak served on toasted crostinis topped with fresh diced roma tomatoes, fresh basil, and a sweet balsamic reduction.

Artisan Pizzas

• The Willamette: Tomato sauce, fresh mozzarella, salami, pepperoni, Italian sausage, black olives, and mushrooms.
• Pear and Gorgonzola: Olive oil base with fresh mozzarella, caramelized onion, pears, gorgonzola, and toasted walnuts.
