How does your tenant screening process work?
Our screening requires applicants to complete detailed applications with income verification, rental history checks, and criminal background investigations to ensure qualified tenants for property owners.
What payment methods do you accept for rent?
We accept checks, money orders, cashier's checks, and online payments through our AppFolio portal. Cash payments are not accepted at our office.
How are late rent payments handled?
Rent is due by the 1st and considered late after the 7th. Late fees apply at $50 or 5% of the balance, and non-payment may initiate eviction proceedings per Colorado law.
