Services
Rug Washing
Our comprehensive rug washing process combines mechanical dust removal with hand washing in pH-controlled solutions. Rugs dry in a dehumidified environment to prevent color migration. This method preserves wool and silk fibers while eliminating embedded dirt and allergens.
Pet Odor Removal
We use enzymatic treatments to break down pet urine crystals at the fiber level. The process includes deep rinsing and pH balancing to eliminate odors permanently. Our technicians address both surface stains and residual odors trapped in rug foundations.
Rug Repair
Our specialists perform structural repairs including knot reweaving, edge binding, and fringe replacement. We match original materials and techniques to maintain authenticity. This extends rug lifespan while preserving its artistic integrity and market value.
Rug Appraisals
Expert evaluations determine rug origin, age, materials, and craftsmanship quality. We provide detailed documentation with photographic evidence for insurance or resale purposes. Our appraisals consider current market values and historical significance.
Pick-up & Delivery
We offer complimentary transportation for rug cleaning and restoration services within Northern Chicago suburbs. Our insured vehicles ensure safe handling during transit. Clients receive confirmation calls upon pickup and delivery completion.
