Our Services

As a direct factory manufacturer, JSN Industries specializes in manufacturing decoration injection molding. We offer a complete range of printing and decoration services, including:

JSN Industries is also a highly regarded injection molder, offering large tonnage presses with robot assist for all injection molding needs. We build, maintain, and offer high volume full production on customer tools for the plastic packaging industry. Our injection molding services include specialized closures for various types of bottles, such as nail polish bottles.

Tube Manufacturing

At JSN Industries, we are a direct factory manufacturer of high-quality plastic squeeze tubes. We utilize state of the art molding and decorating equipment to produce mono-layer and multi-layer barrier tubes made from recyclable plastics. We offer all standard Pantone colors and specialize in making tubes in various finishes, such as translucent, transparent, frosted, metallic, and pearlescent.

For closures, JSN Industries offers dispensing flip-top and non-dispensing "stand-up" style tube cap options. We can supply these closures from leading US manufacturers, but we primarily manufacture them in-house from our own full-range of JSN closure tools. This allows us to offer custom colors or small order sizes, and to emboss or de-boss logos.

Printing, Decoration, and Finishes

At JSN Industries, we understand the critical role that packaging plays in brand recognition and marketing. That's why we have a dedicated team of highly trained technicians who produce all JSN tube decoration. We are constantly exploring new printing, decoration, and finishing technologies to offer our clients the latest in off-set and digital decoration options.

Our JSN Deco options include:

• High resolution direct offset printing with digital plates in up to 8 colors
• High opacity silkscreen printing in up to 5 colors
• Metallic foil applications
• Precision applied full-wrap, overlapping, crimp-through, and spot label application
• Secured tamper-evident conducting seals
• Specialty coating suitable for offset printing, silkscreen, metallic foil or label applications
• Any combination of all these printing and decoration processes

We also offer AURA DECO ADDITIONS, including over the shoulder printing and reflective metallic substrate, which allows for nearly infinite and spectacular colors. Our sales team will tell you "8 to 8 million".
