Our mission is to improve the health of our whole community through excellence in patient care and health education. We strive to set a new standard for delivering high-quality healthcare services that are accessible, affordable, and tailored to the unique needs of each patient. We believe that everyone deserves access to quality healthcare, regardless of their income or social status.
Our Services
Great Mines Health Center offers a wide range of quality medical services, including primary care, dental services, behavioral health services, pharmacy, lab, and radiology services. Our medical services include routine check-ups, chronic disease management, and acute care for illnesses and injuries. Our dental services include routine cleanings, fillings, extractions, and other preventive and restorative treatments. Our behavioral health services include counseling, therapy, and psychiatry for individuals struggling with mental health issues.
In addition to our medical, dental, and behavioral health services, we also offer a range of community services designed to support the overall health and well-being of our patients. These services include transportation, food delivery, and food pantry services, as well as sliding scale payments for uninsured patients.

Our mission is to improve community health through excellent patient care, health education, assistance to the uninsured, and purchase of much needed items to carry out our mission as a charitable arm of Great Mines Health Center.
