Fairview Catering has been a family-owned and operated business since 1979. Our mission is to provide exceptional catering services to the Lehigh Valley and Poconos. Our History

The Fairview Restaurant, where our journey began, opened its doors in 1872, overlooking the Lehigh River and Canal. The Bechtel family took over the restaurant in 1979 and has continued to uphold its tradition for over 40 years. In 1989, at the request of our many customers, we started catering full-time, expanding every few years. We have had the pleasure of serving over 200 events annually, catering to a wide range of occasions, from birthdays to weddings, anniversaries, graduations, reunions, and showers.

• Picnic Menu: Catering picnics for 50 or more people, providing a menu that includes a choice of 3 hot entrees, two salads, and one tray.
• Pig or Beef Roast: Roasting pigs and beef to perfection, served with a variety of side options and condiments.
• Buffet Selections: Offering a selection of hot and cold dishes, including a carving station and a variety of salads.
• Clambake: Hosting clambakes in the Lehigh Valley, providing a unique and memorable experience for your guests.
• BBQ Menu: Featuring a variety of BBQ options, including pulled pork, BBQ chicken, and more.
• Bridal Package: Exclusive to weddings, this package includes a customized menu tailored to your special day.
