About James Heath, Founder and Attorney

Mr. Heath's journey to law was shaped by his unwavering commitment to public service. After serving eight years as a tank commander and instructor in the United States Marine Corps, he earned a Bachelor's degree in Criminology from Florida State University. This was followed by almost three years of dedicated service as a police officer in Panama City, Florida. His experience honed his analytical skills and deepened his understanding of the legal system.

Driven to further his knowledge, Mr. Heath pursued a Master's Degree in Public Administration from the University of West Florida. He then captained his legal journey by earning a Juris Doctor degree from the University of South Dakota. His diverse background and legal acumen make him a formidable advocate for his clients.
