With over two decades of experience, our company has evolved into a full-service technology integrator, offering six core divisions: Structured Cabling, Telecommunications, Audio Visual, Fire Alarm, Fire Protection, and Fireproofing. Our history dates back to 1998, when our CEO, Scott McLaughlin, founded the company with a vision to provide uncompromising solutions to our customers.

Company Background and Experience

From our humble beginnings as a structured cabling contractor, our commitment to customer satisfaction has driven our growth into a reputable technology installation firm. With rapid expansion, we have established ourselves as a one-stop-shop for all low-voltage needs. Throughout our journey, we have strived to build a strong reputation within the industry, and our steady growth is a testament to our dedication.

Acquisitions and Expansion

Over the years, we have made strategic acquisitions to expand our capabilities and enhance our services. In 2009, we acquired OneSource Building Technologies Audiovisual, Sound & Lighting Group, formerly a Tyco company. This addition brought decades of talent and expertise to our team. We also acquired Communications Support Services Inc. in 2010, which doubled the products and services in our regional structured cabling portfolio.

Fire Alarm and Life Safety Systems

In 2013, we formed a standalone division dedicated to Fire Alarm and Life Safety Systems. This commitment to quality and dependability was considerable, bringing in talent, experience, and credentials to our design/engineering/installation department. We continued to expand our services by adding our Fire Protection and Sprinkler division in 2015. As a trusted provider of Life Safety Systems, we now offer annual inspections for Fire Alarm and Fire Protection systems.

Fireproofing Services

In July 2022, we added another division to our Fire Life Safety group by acquiring the assets of Refuge Fire. With this acquisition, we became a full-service provider of fireproofing services, offering intumescent paint, cementitious foam, and mineral fiber fire-retardant coverings.
