Our Assisted Living Program (ALP) is designed to provide Medicaid-funded home care services, enabling nursing home-eligible individuals to receive the care they need in the comfort of our facility. Our services include help with activities of daily living, medication management, laundry and housekeeping, recreational activities, case management services, and three daily meals of chef-inspired cuisine. We also provide 24-hour Country Kitchen services, transportation services, and scheduling assistance for appointments and doctor visits.
