At Precise Land Surveying, we are committed to providing accurate and timely land surveying services to our clients in Madison, Delaware, Henry, Hamilton, and Hancock counties. Our team of experienced professionals, led by licensed land surveyor Keith VanWienen, PS, has a deep understanding of the complexities involved in land surveying and is dedicated to delivering superior products that meet our clients' needs.

Our History

Precise Land Surveying was founded in 2007 by Keith VanWienen, PS, with the goal of building an honest working relationship with each of our clients by providing precise and accurate land surveys. Over the years, we have grown and expanded our services to meet the changing needs of our clients. In 2017, we moved to Pendleton, Indiana, and in 2018, we acquired the company of Richard E. Ward & Associates, which has been in operation since 1981. With this acquisition, we gained access to a vast collection of land surveying records covering almost 80 years of history.

Our Services

We offer a wide range of land surveying and related services to residential property owners, developers, mortgage companies, title insurance companies, realtors, attorneys, local government agencies, and the farming community. Our services include:

• Rectracement Survey: This type of survey is requested for the location of boundary corners and lines of a given parcel of land. This involves record and field research, measurements, and computations to set boundary lines in accordance with Indiana State Law 865 IAC 1-12.
• Lot Survey: This type of survey is used to determine the boundaries and dimensions of a specific lot or parcel of land.
• Acreage Survey: This type of survey is used to determine the size and boundaries of a larger parcel of land.
• Surveyor Location Report: This report provides a detailed description of the surveyor's findings, including the location of boundary lines, corners, and other features.
