Mayfair Construction

At Mayfair Construction, we are dedicated to providing an unparalleled experience in luxury custom homes. For over 30 years, our commitment to excellence has earned us a distinguished reputation and a trusted name in the industry. Our story began in 1990, when Timothy P. Ryan and John Leone founded the company with a clear vision of setting a new standard in custom luxury building. Today, under the leadership of Timothy's son, Tim II, we continue to push the boundaries of quality and innovation in our field.

Our boutique approach to client care is a hallmark of the Mayfair experience. We understand that each client's vision is unique, and we strive to bring those visions to life through our exceptional artisanship and hands-on approach. Our team of experts works closely with clients and design teams to ensure that every detail, from the initial concept to the final completion, meets the highest standards of luxury and quality.

At Mayfair, we are proud to be members of the U.S. Green Building Council and the Institute of Classical Architecture & Art. Our dedication to sustainability and classical design principles reflects our commitment to creating not just beautiful homes but also environmentally responsible and timeless structures.

Our quality standards are uncompromising. We ensure that every aspect of our work, from preparation to completion, meets the highest levels of excellence.
