About Victor Ovelar

Victor Ovelar, owner and operator of Victor's Custom Picture Framing, was born and raised in Paraguay, South America, and moved to the United States in 1989. He became a US citizen and followed his American Dream by opening his own custom framing studio in 2000. Victor's passion for art led him to a career in custom picture framing, where he uses his keen eye for color and craftsmanship to create high-quality frames that blend seamlessly with your artwork.

Over the past 20 years, Victor has built a loyal following of clients due to his personalized service and attention to detail.
