Waves Event Venue

At Waves Event Venue, we are thrilled to introduce ourselves as your premier choice for hosting any event in Lake Mary, Florida. Our venue is a contemporary haven that boasts an intimate setting, perfect for making your special day a memorable one. We are a newer venue, but we have already made a name for ourselves in the area with our exquisite space and exceptional services.

Waves Event Venue is a beautiful, 5,100 sf space that is designed to provide an intimate setting for your special occasion. We offer beautiful contemporary surroundings in the prime area of Lake Mary, Florida. Our venue features beautiful hardwood floors and big windows with natural lighting, inviting you in and making you feel right at home.

We understand that each event is unique and special in its own way, which is why we offer you the flexibility to choose your own vendors. Unlike many other venues, we are an "OPEN VENDOR VENUE." This means that if you want your grandmother to do the cooking for your event, she can do just that. We don't bind you to use any of our vendors, but if you need some guidance, we have a list of preferred vendors that you can check out.

We also offer you two package options to choose from, each tailored to meet your specific needs. Our "WAVES" package is a 12-hour rental, where you can pick the time you would like the venue and it's all yours, take your time! This package is great for weddings and receptions, receptions only, big birthday celebrations, and more. We recommend a maximum of 170 guests, but our guest capacity is 200.

Our "RIPPLES" package is an 8-hour rental and is offered Sunday through Saturday, anytime but only 30 days prior to an event date. This package is great for smaller parties like baby showers, kid's birthday celebrations, graduation parties, work luncheons, and more. We recommend a maximum of 75 guests for this package.

Whichever package you choose and however long you are with us, know this - we've got you covered at Waves! With your "WAVES" or "RIPPLES" package, we include the following items:

• 25 - 72" Round tables that seat up to 10 people
• 5 - 8ft banquet tables that seat up to 10 people
• 5 - 36'" Round Cocktail tables - Can be made 42" or 36" in height
• 1 - 2'x6' Table BRAND NEW! - Sweetheart table (half-moon shape)
• 200 Chivari chairs in a distressed white color
• 2 White couches for lounging
• 1 BRAND NEW! Beautiful Wooden bar - $100 extra fee for bar usage
• Built-in buffet counter
• BRAND NEW! - Event Suite - Separate room in back with mirrors, chairs, etc. for getting ready!
• Prep kitchen that includes refrigerator, sink, and microwave
