Our History

In 1977, our owner, Signe Grimstad, joined her father's practice after graduating from the University of Oregon. She later purchased a local practice with a large municipal clientele base. When her father retired in 1986, she continued as the sole proprietor and even expanded the firm to include a second location in Lincoln City. Today, the firm is a sole proprietorship with a fully skilled team. Over the last 30 years, we've provided expert services for our clients along the West Coast.
