Our History
Tranquil Waters was established in 1984 by Norman, Oklahoma native Jack Shepherd, who was later joined by Matt Wohlmuth in 2006. In 2012, Jack retired from the swimming pool maintenance industry, and Matt took over as the new owner. Today, Matt and his crew continue to provide exceptional service to many of the same customers from the 1980s, as well as new ones.
