The apartments have been criticized for being outdated, with old appliances, worn-out outlets, and a 70's look. The outside deck is in disrepair, with rotted wood and holes in the astro turf. Noise is a significant issue, with paper-thin walls, loud neighbors, and noise from the nearby parking lot. Some residents have expressed concerns about safety, citing "tweakers" and "sketchy people" in the area. Others have complained about trash, dog dirt, and furniture piled up outside.
Issues with Management
Some residents have had negative experiences with management, feeling that they are unresponsive or unhelpful.
