History

ARROW Land Solutions began as a small company in 2000, with three employees working in a field office trailer. The company's founders brought diverse backgrounds and skill sets to the table, creating a strong foundation for the future. In 2002, the company merged with a California right-of-way company, establishing Overland Resources Northeast, LLC, which later merged with Pacific Relocation Consultants and Cutler & Associates, creating Overland, Pacific & Cutler (Northeast).

ARROW Land Solutions was founded in 2008 after the acquisition of the Northeast branch shares from Overland, Pacific & Cutler, Inc. In 2010, Brenda Wiedman, co-founder of ARROW, obtained her Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) certification through PAUCP, ushering in a new era for the company. The company continued its organic growth and evolution, welcoming new members to the ARROW team and promoting personal growth and progress for current associates.

In 2012, Brenda Wiedman became the sole owner of ARROW Land Solutions, and Donald Rossman joined the leadership team as COO, along with Andrew Salko as Principal/Senior Project Advisor. As the company doubled in size, dedicated employees continue to bring fresh ideas and years of combined experience, helping to pave the way for ARROW's progress and success.
