Our mission is to help individuals and families navigate the often difficult process of divorce, child custody, and other family law matters while maintaining family relationships and preserving assets for the future. • Divorce: We represent clients in simple and complex divorce proceedings involving no-fault grounds for divorce, fault grounds for divorce, custody, child support, alimony, valuation of businesses, retirement assets, stocks, investments, pensions, tracing of non-marital property, division of marital property, and monetary awards.

• Child Support: We help clients determine and establish appropriate child support arrangements, considering factors such as utilization of child support guidelines, extrapolation above the guidelines, actual needs analysis for high-income earners, consideration for work-related childcare, summer camp expenses, extraordinary medical expenses, private school expenses, special needs, travel expenses, and adjustments for other dependent children.

• Property Division: We work with clients to identify and value all marital and non-marital property and fashion an equitable division of property. This process includes the discovery of assets such as real estate, personal property, retirement assets, pensions, business interests, stock options, deferred compensation, investments, and the like.
