Who We Are

Allied Fire Protection is a company that was born out of a dream that two best friends had when they were just 13 years old. The dream became a reality in 1998 when Shannon Payne and John Hubbard founded the company in Shannon's garage. With John's seven years of experience in fire and life safety and Shannon's business background, they were able to create a company that has grown steadily over the years. Today, Allied Fire Protection has six offices across the state of Texas and over 250 employees. Our mission has always been to make the communities where we operate better places to work and live and to be the best fire and life safety company possible.

The founders and owners of Allied Fire Protection are deeply involved in the daily operations of the company. They lead by example and have instilled a culture of hard work and dedication in the company's management team. The management team is made up of experienced professionals who have learned their craft in the field and are committed to passing on their knowledge and skills to the next generation.

Allied Fire Protection is proud to serve the communities of Greater Houston, San Antonio, Austin, Dallas/Fort Worth, the Rio Grande Valley, and Laredo, Texas. We have a strong commitment to the communities we serve and are involved in various initiatives that support youth education and arts, military support, agriculture, health and human services.
