Our company began in 1954 under the direction of John E. McIntosh Sr. and his son Douglas A. McIntosh. In 1959, John E. McIntosh Jr. (Mac) joined the company. Throughout the early years, the firm operated in three divisions: Surveying, Tax Mapping, and Control. John E. McIntosh Jr. was licensed in 15 states, which created a large area for us to grow our GPS capabilities since 1987. We now use state-of-the-art Trimble instruments for our land surveying needs.

Since the retirement of John E. McIntosh, Jr. in January 2020, his son John E. McIntosh III (J.J.), who has been licensed since 1984, will serve as the President of McIntosh & McIntosh, P.C.
