EOC Environmental was founded by Joe Molloy, who brings a diverse background in meteorology, environmental science, and policy to the table. Combining his expertise in building science, atmospheric science, and environmental science, Joe is able to help clients focus on the source of the problem and provide a cost-effective approach to a solution. In 2021, the company became a family-run business with the addition of Joe's wife, Alex, who provides operational support and has a background in marketing, graphic design, and communications.
