Boulevard Music Lessons

At Boulevard Music Lessons, we are dedicated to spreading the spirit of music by creating learning experiences that are nurturing, inspirational, and fun. For nearly 15 years, we have been serving our community with quality music and voice lessons, provided by formally educated, experienced musicians. Our mission is to help our students realize their potential and experience a lifetime of enjoyment through music.

Our Services

We offer lessons in a variety of instruments, including piano, voice, guitar, bass, drums, brass, and woodwinds. Our teachers are carefully selected based on their shared values and commitment to the art of music. They are not just staff on a payroll, but members of the band, driven by the passion to inspire students to reach beyond their horizon and strive for their potential. Our lesson coordinator will consult with parents and students to ensure they're matched with the teacher best suited to their skill level and goals.

Rock Band 101

Boulevard Music Lessons is the creator of ROCK BAND 101, a unique program that places students together along with a Band Coach, where a band is born. Once they are ready, the band gets to perform with regularity at the Hard Rock Cafe in Niagara Falls approximately four times per year. All of our students have the opportunity to perform at recitals. It is the live performance that is the cultivating component and reward to any aspiring musician.

Our Rock Band 101 director specializes in working with younger students and typically plays along with the kids. We wish to encourage the most fun we can into our program, allowing our students to pick the tunes they want to play, therefore our curriculum is a mixture of current popular music, mixed in with classic rock standards; artists such as The Beatles, Kansas, The Rolling Stones, Pink Floyd, and many more.

Our program culminates with a real performance in a local music venue, where students get to jam on stage with their classmates. Our Rock Band 101 Music Lessons program includes learning the basics of technique and music theory, understanding the dynamic of playing in a group, weekly private music lessons on guitar, bass guitar, keyboard, drums, and/or voice, a weekly group band rehearsal, and key learning in fundamental areas such as performing and teamwork. All students enrolled in our music lessons and Rock Band 101 program will receive private music lessons weekly, band rehearsals weekly to prepare students for on-stage experiences, key learning in fundamental areas such as performing and teamwork, and the opportunity to perform at modern venues and popular local events.

Registration and Policies

To register for lessons, there is a one-time, non-refundable registration fee of $30 due at the time of enrollment. First payment is due at registration. Payment method will be set up at that time. Payment will always be $119 per month. Payment is considered late if not made within three days of the 1st or 15th of the month. It is at the discretion of Boulevard Music Lessons to remove the student from the schedule. 24 hours notice is required to be eligible for a make-up lesson. Please call 716-939-2870 to notify us of cancellation. One make-up per month is allowed only if 24 hour notice is given. Holidays that fall on lesson days are only made up if students request it.
