Experience and Customer Service
Raven Parson, a previous client, had a terrible experience with Tanella (Tangela) at the salon. They received a virgin relaxer, but the stylist was negligent, and Parson's scalp began to burn after just 2 spots. Despite reporting the issue, the stylist didn't seem to care, and the relaxer left Parson's scalp in pain for several hours.
