Since 1987, we have been serving Carefree, Cave Creek, Desert Hills, North Scottsdale, and North Phoenix. Our team of professionals is committed to helping patients recover from acute injuries, post-surgical needs, and chronic conditions. We also offer post-rehab independent exercise programs at our facility.

Our history dates back to 1987 when Cynthia Driskell, PT, established the practice as Foothills Physical Therapy. Over the years, we have grown and expanded our services to meet the evolving needs of our community. In 1996, we moved to a larger facility to accommodate our growth, and in 2005, we changed our name to Carefree Physical Therapy to better reflect our local presence. Today, we operate from our current location at 7208 E. Cave Creek Rd, with over 4,000 square feet of space to provide a comprehensive range of services.

Our team is comprised of experienced physical therapists, each dedicated to delivering personalized care and attention to every patient. We are proud to be a Medicare certified provider and credentialed by NCQA standards, ensuring that our services meet the highest standards of quality. We also participate in many insurance networks, making it easier for our patients to access the care they need.
