CNC Turning
Our CNC turning capabilities handle diameters from .125 to 12 with bar feeding up to 3.5 diameter. We utilize live tooling and indexing chucks for complex geometries while maintaining tight tolerances. This service supports production runs from single prototypes to high-volume batches.
Swiss Machining
Specializing in precision components from .125 to 1.250 diameter, our Swiss machining ensures accuracy for complex valve parts. The process combines automated bar feeding with multi-axis capabilities for intricate features and consistent quality across production volumes.
Centerless Grinding
We perform through-feed and infeed grinding from .062 to 3 diameter on parts up to 6 length. Our centerless grinding achieves superior surface finishes and dimensional accuracy for shafts, pins, and cylindrical components used in critical valve applications.
