Who We Are
The Hancock County Community Partnership is a coalition of individuals, organizations, and community stakeholders working together to address the challenges of mental illness and substance use in our community. We are committed to providing resources, support, and advocacy to those affected by these issues, and to fostering a community where everyone can thrive.
Prevention
- Collaborating to implement evidence-based programs and initiatives to reduce the incidence of mental illness and substance abuse.
- Promoting mental wellness and preventing harmful substance use through education and awareness campaigns.
- Supporting community-based prevention and early intervention programs.
Treatment
- Providing a directory of local and regional treatment providers for mental health and substance use.
- Advocating for access to quality and affordable treatment services.
- Offering support and guidance for individuals and families navigating the treatment system.
Recovery and Support
