Our Mission

The Community Mental Health Authority of Clinton, Eaton, and Ingham Counties (CMHA-CEI) is a public agency dedicated to providing comprehensive mental health and substance use services to adults, children, and families in Clinton, Eaton, and Ingham Counties. Guided by the principles of inclusivity, empowerment, and recovery-oriented care, we strive to enhance the mental and emotional well-being of our community.

Our Services

Crisis Services
