Plasma Cutting
Our Alltra Plasma tables deliver precision cuts up to 3" material thickness using 400 amp and XPR 300 systems. This thermal cutting process produces clean edges on steel, aluminum, and stainless materials. Our dual plasma systems ensure efficient processing for both small and large fabrication projects.
Laser Cutting
Three fiber lasers including Bystronic 6kw/10kw models and Cutlite 20kw system enable high-accuracy cuts on complex shapes. Automated load/unload features maintain tight tolerances for industrial components. This non-contact process minimizes material distortion during precision metal fabrication.
Water Jet Cutting
2016 Flow Water Jet system cuts diverse materials at 90,000 psi with 5-axis bevel capability up to 70 degrees. Cold cutting process preserves material integrity for steel, aluminum, plastics, and composites. 5x10 cutting area accommodates varied project sizes without heat-affected zones.
Robotic Welding
Genesis welding cell with Fanuc robotic arm ensures consistent weld quality across steel, aluminum, and stainless materials. Automated process improves production speed while maintaining precision. Combines manual expertise with robotic accuracy for complex fabrication requirements.
Powder Coating

Manufacturing operations run Monday-Thursday 7:00 AM-4:30 PM and Friday 7:00 AM-11:00 AM. Retail hours are Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-4:00 PM.
