At The Channel's Apartments, we pride ourselves on our tight-knit community that offers spectacular amenities, planned activities, and an easy lifestyle. Community Amenities

Our community amenities are designed to make your life easier and more enjoyable. We offer 24-hour emergency maintenance, on-site laundry facilities, on-site property management, and a sparkling swimming pool. Our apartment features include air conditioning, spacious closets, mini blinds, separate kitchens with electric ranges, free heat, patios/balconies, wall-to-wall carpeting, refrigerators, and cable readiness. Some of these features are available only in selected units, so be sure to ask about them during your tour.

We understand that pets are important members of the family, which is why we welcome small dogs with a maximum weight limit of 25lbs. We charge an additional monthly rent of $10.00 per pet and require a non-refundable pet deposit of $250.

Floor Plans

We offer four spacious floor plans to choose from, with one or two-bedroom options. Our apartments are loaded with amenities, from fully equipped kitchens to personal patios/balconies. Our floor plans match the following criteria:

• Plan A (downstairs): One bed, one bath, 750 sqft
• Plan B (upstairs): One bed, one bath, 750 sqft
• Plan C (downstairs): Two beds, one bath, 950 sqft
• Plan D (upstairs): Two beds, one bath, 950 sqft

The Neighborhood

Our apartments are conveniently located just 3 miles from historic Cape May, with easy access to the Garden State Parkway, the Cape May Ferry, and fishing marina. With just a short drive to nearby Atlantic City, you can enjoy suburban living with all the benefits of the city close by. Our community is close to local shopping, fine dining, and entertainment options, as well as parks, museums, pharmacies, post offices, restaurants, schools, pet care, pet care, fitness centers, gas stations, grocery/markets, hospitals, doctors, and dentists. We make it easy for you to find places near our community using our online map.
