At Welch Packaging, we have been providing the ultimate corrugated experience since 1985. As a family-owned and led business, we have a long history of creating custom corrugated products and packaging solutions for local customers. Our network of corrugated sheet plants is supported by our own sheet feeder system, ensuring we can provide consistent quality, availability, and lower costs to our clients.

Our story began in 1985 when M. Scott Welch and Don Kindt founded Elkhart Container Inc., which later evolved into Welch Packaging. Initially operating from a 25,000 sq ft building at 530 Riverview Avenue, the company started with basic box making equipment and a team of four associates. Over the years, we have expanded our operations, adding more associates and locations throughout the Midwest, Midsouth, and MidAtlantic. Today, we have a robust network of 23 manufacturing plants and employ over 1,500 dedicated professionals.
