Our History

The Christian Wyatt Group was founded in 2012 by Greg Barlow, who had a life-long vision of building a company focused on the Banking vertical. Known as "MR Dominion" from 2012 to 2022, the Christian Wyatt Group specializes in placing top performers in the banking industry with the Accounting, Finance, Audit, Risk, Technology, and Credit & Compliance functions.

In 2020, Joe Souder joined the firm as a Director, bringing with him over 20 years of bank recruiting experience. Together, Greg and Joe have built a team of experts who are well-versed in the unique challenges and opportunities of the Banking, Financial Services, and FinTech industries.
