We strive to be as efficient and cost-effective as possible, without sacrificing quality. Our fees are charged at reasonable hourly rates that are competitive with attorneys in the Bay Area. In certain circumstances and depending on the case, we are able to offer a flat fee arrangement. Flat fees are quoted and offered for a defined scope of legal services, and depend on the complexity of the matter, the anticipated volume of work, the desired results, and other expectations.
