Busy Bee Cafe is a beloved institution in Alvin and Pearland, Texas, serving up homestyle cooking with a dash of hospitality. With a rich history dating back to 1935, our family-owned and operated restaurant has been a staple in the community for over 85 years. Our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction has earned us a reputation as the go-to destination for delicious comfort food.

Our Story

Our journey began in Alta Loma, Texas, when the Springer family established Busy Bee Cafe in 1935. Mrs. Springer's sister took over the reins in the 1950s, and her family, the Hiltquests, operated the location until 1978. In 1978, the Hiltquests sold the business to K&P Restaurants, which took over the Pearland location in 2018. Throughout the years, our menu has remained true to its roots, offering classic American comfort food with a twist.

Locations

We have two convenient locations in Alvin and Pearland, Texas, making it easy to grab a bite or take a meal to go. Our Alvin location is open 24/7, and our Pearland location is open from 6 AM to 10 PM Sunday through Thursday, and 6 AM to 12 AM Friday and Saturday.
