At Baseline Designs, Inc., we are a minority-owned company that has been providing civil and structural engineering consulting services since 1992. Our company was founded by Vincent T. Wu, P.E. as Baseline Engineering in Alameda, California, and was incorporated as Baseline Designs, Inc. in 2010. Over the years, we have established ourselves as a reputable and reliable provider of engineering services to our clients in both the public and private sectors.
