• Gary Melton: Co-founder of CarMel Property Group, Gary has a background in construction and real estate. He is one of Augusta's Premier Real Estate Professionals and has been in the construction business since 1988 and a real estate agent since 2008.
• Claudio Carrasco: Co-founder of CarMel Property Group, Claudio has a real estate license in Georgia and South Carolina. He has been in real estate since 2013 and is a member of Melton Realty Partners with Keller Williams Augusta.
• Sylvia Wade: Our experienced Property Manager, Sylvia, has years of experience in her field and prides herself on great service to both our owners and our residents.
