"A little too much is just enough." Tony Duquette

Welcome to Dunn and Sonnier Antiques, Flowers & Gifts. "A little too much is just enough." Tony Duquette This quote explains our philosophy precisely. Passionate about flowers and antiques, we strive to offer the best. Owner Stephen Sonnier has spent a lifetime in pursuit of perfect antique pieces and that perfect blossom. Similar to Tony Duquette Stephen believes, "Too much is a good start." We have been buying and selling antiques for 25 years - beginning with buying for our own home and enjoyment. However, we soon realized we had an opportunity to share our passion and purchases with others by opening a store. In 1992, we decided to move to New Orleans and chose well-known Magazine Street as the perfect location for our store. The antiques and object d'art in our store are eclectic, reflecting our personal tastes. Inside you will find pieces from France, Italy, England and throughout Europe. You will see natural wood as well as painted finishes; you will also find marble, gilt wood, metal, and upholstery. We have a passion for Toleware, mirrors, lamps, chairs and unusual found objects. We are delighted when a customer loves an item as much as we do. With that in mind, we hope you will enjoy browsing our web site and if you find an item you love let us know! And please visit our store the next time you are in New Orleans!
