Meet the Team

Our team is led by Richard Corbett, our President and Founding Partner. With over four decades of sales and service experience, Rich has developed a keen eye for the needs and desires of all project stakeholders. He's built the Richlin brand by maintaining alliances with global manufacturers of the highest product quality and service histories.

Maxine Corbett, our CEO and Founding Partner, brings a diverse background in business, engineering, construction, sustainable design, professional design practice, and design education. This comprehensive frame of reference allows her to understand the many challenges and solutions within today's world of design and construction.

Kelly Hall, our Managing Director, has a key role in meeting client demands and individual needs. With a Bachelor of Science degree in Interior Design and English from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, Kelly focuses her interests in contemporary Italian design and architecture. She has studied in Florence, Italy, where she took an intensive five-week Italian Renaissance Architecture course and received detailed training on the company's products and manufacturing systems at Poliform's factory in Italy.

Karen Gomez, our Design Director, is a Florida registered interior designer who has been practicing in the Naples area for over 20 years. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing (BS) from Florida Atlantic University and is dedicated to ensuring that each project is communicated seamlessly to ultimately create a functional, yet aesthetically pleasing interior space.
