Our Services

We understand that one-size-fits-all solutions do not apply when it comes to building a home. That's why we've simplified the building process and offer choices for your added convenience. We have three main services: 'Inventory Home', 'Start from Scratch', and 'Contract Build'.

Our 'Inventory Home' service allows you to purchase a home already under construction. These homes have selections and upgrades predetermined by our professional designers, saving you time and possibly money. You can find these homes listed on the MLS and Zillow active listings.

With our 'Start from Scratch' service, you can choose a Saba neighborhood, a specific lot, and a floor plan. You'll then select upgrades and finishes from our Saba 'Design Loft' showroom, allowing you to customize your home to your liking. This process does not require a construction loan, and you'll close when your new home is completely finished.

Our 'Contract Build' service gives you the freedom to modify one of our plans or create a custom design. You can build in a neighborhood setting or on acreage, with a curated selections process and more available options. This service offers a 'fixed price' contract for your protection.

Blair Saba and Aaron Sloan are the builders behind Saba Home Builders. Rick Prokup is our sales and support team leader. He is a design enthusiast and new construction expert who will guide you through the Saba home building process, from start to finish.
