Our Team

Our team consists of experienced professionals who are dedicated to providing unparalleled customer service. Howard W. Hood, the founder and broker, has been in the real estate business for over three decades. His son, Conner W. Hood, and brother, Jeffrey C. Hood, are also part of the family business, bringing their unique skills and expertise to the table.

Conner W. Hood, a broker associate, was raised in the heart of the Texas Hill Country in Kerrville, TX. He has a Bachelor's degree from Texas A&M University-Kingsville where he studied Wildlife Recreational Entrepreneurship with a double minor in Ag-Business and Business Administration. Conner joined the family business in 2016 and enjoys utilizing his specialized degree and passion for the outdoors to provide excellent customer service to his clients.

Jeffrey C. Hood, also a broker associate, has 28 years of Real Estate experience and was raised on a ranch in the Texas Hill Country. He graduated from Tarleton State University with a degree in Business in 1992. Jeffrey has a broad knowledge of farm and ranch improvement planning, ranch management, wildlife, and development. His dedication and attention to detail for his client's needs and goals will ensure a great real estate experience.
