Services
Therapeutic Massage
Customized therapeutic massage sessions combine multiple techniques to address individual needs. Available in 30, 60, or 90-minute durations, treatments utilize heated tables and premium linens for maximum comfort. Our practice integrates physical therapy with holistic wellness approaches.
Spiritual Direction
Certified spiritual direction sessions help clients explore their spiritual journeys through reflective companionship. This service focuses on recognizing divine presence in daily life experiences, offering personalized guidance that complements physical wellness treatments.
Hot Stone Therapy
Hot stone enhancements use temperature therapy to deepen muscle relaxation during massage sessions. The treatment incorporates volcanic stones placed on key body points to improve circulation and release tension patterns.
Prenatal Massage
Specialized prenatal massage addresses pregnancy-related discomforts with safe positioning and modified techniques. This service supports maternal wellness through targeted relief for back pain, swelling, and circulation issues during pregnancy.
Foot Reflexology
Foot reflexology applies pressure to nerve endings in the feet to stimulate corresponding body systems. This therapeutic technique promotes overall wellness by addressing energy blockages and supporting natural healing processes.
